How do I pay?

You can pay though Credit Card or Western Union.

You will receive a payment link after placing the order. This link will be valid for 24 hours only. You can contact us on Email or Chat after completing the payment to process your order or we will automatically update it with in 24 hours.

If you pay by Western Union, note that we do not process your order until payment has been received. This normally takes two or three working days.

Please note that you are responsible to pay for the transaction fee costs.

How can I be sure that my payment has gone through?

Upon completion of every order, you receive a confirmation email. If your payment fails to go through successfully, once every two days we e-mail you a reminder with another chance to make your payment.

Are there any hidden costs?

The total price you pay for a medicine includes a Shipping fee, a Prescription fee and an Administrative charge as well as the cost of the product itself. There are no hidden extra costs.

How does payment by Western Union work?
